A world leading marketing and advertising company is looking for a Global Application Support Lead to manage their large-scale Finance ERP (Dynamics 365) deployment programme.
Working across this delivery, the Application Lead will help to deliver the ERP level service strategy as well as the overall model for their Dynamics 365 delivery. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential as you will be expected to build strong relationships with regional CFO’s as well as numerous technology teams to successfully manage the overall service that supports the delivery of Dynamics 365. You will also be the primary interface and liaison to the forefront of the business being accountable for all service improvements, quality, and processes.
The ideal candidate is expected to possess global ERP experience ideally with Dynamics 365 however, SAP or Sage are also acceptable. An appreciation of DevOps and the importance of moving to a DevOps model is highly advantageous as the firm is aggressively moving in this direction.
Key Skills:
- Experience managing large-scale and global Finance ERP systems (i.e., Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP).
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships at a senior level (C-suite).
- Understanding and familiarity of DevOps best practice
- Experience leading and undertaking service reviews.
- Experience of implementing ITIL and Agile processes
- Experience of effectively managing 3rd party suppliers.
- Experience producing and management and performance reports.
- Experience with vendor management.
- Ability to manage and monitor major incidents.
