Lead UX Designer (London-Based)
We're looking for a Lead UX Designer to join a global team working across the UK and US. This is a newly created, hands-on role focused on enterprise UX and design within specialty markets. You’ll be based in London with 2 days a week in the office and occasional travel to the US or Europe.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the UX strategy for our client’s proprietary SaaS platforms, working closely with intermediaries and cross-functional stakeholders. The role offers future line management responsibilities (2–3 people) and the chance to drive real impact across digital journeys.

Strong digital UX background with a user-centred mindset

Solid understanding of visual and UX design principles, prototyping, user research, and experiment design

Familiarity with front-end development processes and how design integrates with tech

Experience in user testing, analytics, and measuring impact

Skilled in running workshops and engaging stakeholders

Ability to map and communicate complex enterprise journeys clearly
