Project Manager / FTC 6 – Months / £70,000 Pro Rata / Hybrid / London
We’re working with a global media organisation who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join them on a fixed-term contract based in London.
This pivotal role will lead the successful delivery of key initiatives, ensuring projects are strategically aligned, effectively executed, and deliver measurable value. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery using a hybrid approach that blends traditional and Agile methodologies, adapting to the needs of each project. You will manage scope, objectives, budgets, and resources while embedding Agile practices such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to foster transparency and collaboration.
You will build and lead cross-functional teams, engage proactively with stakeholders across business units, IT, and third-party vendors, and maintain robust project documentation. A focus on user-centred design and iterative delivery will be essential to ensure solutions are tested, refined, and adopted effectively. Additionally, you will support change management and communication planning to drive engagement and successful implementation of project outcomes.
This role requires a motivated, proactive individual with excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to navigate complex environments, and a passion for continuous improvement in delivery practices.
- Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects using hybrid delivery methodologies (Agile and traditional)
- Strong understanding and practical experience of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Full project lifecycle management from initiation to post-implementation review
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, managing competing priorities under pressure
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams including third-party suppliers and internal departments
- Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello)
- Knowledge of digital transformation, customer experience, or data-led initiatives
