My client, a specialist insurance company based in London, are seeking an experienced Operational Data Lead to join their Data & Analytics team, and provide support to their Digital Transformation.
You will be responsible for embedding ‘data as an asset’ into the ethos of the function, to help meet the businesses overall needs and enabling the business to become more data driven.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering operational data, within a similar fast-paced environment
- Previous experience delivering operational data capabilities across large scale programmes within Insurance
- The ability to coordinate the overall delivery and ensure everyone is aligned with the digital transformation objectives
- A strong understanding of Data Management
- A good knowledge of underwriting and claims
- Proven track record of delivery in an Agile environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
