A leading global Financial Services organisation based in the City of London are seeking an Operational Excellence Training Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be reporting directly into the Director of Operational Excellence, designing and developing the firms Operational Excellence training strategy to be rolled out across the organisation.
This is very much an active role in the firm, developing knowledge of the OpEx frameworks, practices and methodologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with developing process mapping and Operational Excellence standards within a large-scale environment, preferably within the Financial Services. Exposure to Blueworks would be highly beneficial as this role with act as the owner for Blueworks to ensure it remains a single source of truth for business process architecture.
Candidates must have:
- Extensive experience as an Operational Excellence Training Manager within the Financial Services
- Able to develop Operational Excellence standards, frameworks and processes
- Experience using a wide range of Operation Excellence tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, RPA, AI, ML, Analytics, Blueworks, Appian, IBM BPM)
- Experience working on reporting systems and/or data quality control processes
- Excellent communication, writing and capability to engage with people within an ever-changing environment
