Procurement Analyst – Technology Procurement, Supplier Management, Administration, Microsoft, Legal- London - £30,000 – 40,000 base + benefits
My client, a leading commercial legal firm based in the City of London is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. They are looking for a Procurement Administrator/ Analyst to support the Procurement and Supplier Relationship Manger, in providing procurement and supplier management services across the key stakeholders within the business.
You will be representing the IT department, as well as the wider business to identify opportunities where Technology products and services will add significant value. Your day will consist of improving processes and managing relationships with vendors, to help deliver on the day-to-day procurement and supplier management services for the business.
The ideal candidate will be :
- A minimum of 2-3 years professional experience within a similar Technology Procurement Administrator / Analyst role
- A solid understanding IT/Technology Procurement and a sound understanding of IT Services Level Agreements (SLA), Lease Agreements and Microsoft Licensing Agreements (Including Enterprise, Cloud)
- Proficient Microsoft skills – including excellent knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, Sorting, Charts, VLOOKUPS, IF statements)
- Excellent communication style and strong stakeholder management experience
