Our client, a leading Investment Management firm based in the City, are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their change team on a permanent basis.
This role is paying up to £85,000 a year with up to 20% bonus and 12% pension.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Scrum Master comfortable delivering multiple simultaneous agile focused initiatives across business and technology. Having strong experience within a financial services would be beneficial.
Experience required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and working on delivery
- Experience managing Scrums within Financial Services would be highly beneficial.
- Experience across the full delivery life cycle and an ability to coach/lead teams to an agile mindset.
