My client, a Tier 1 Investment Bank are looking to hire a Senior Data Scientist to join their London office on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for the creation of a brand new AI Advisor and Engine, from inception through to deployment, whilst gaining an understanding of the product roadmap and integrating your experiences into the business. This role also offers the opportunity to work within Machine Learning and Neural Networks during the development of this engine as well as mentoring junior members of the team.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Five or more years’ experience working in Data Science;
- Hands on experience with the languages C#, Java / Groovy & Python;
- Experience working with technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, Flink & Fabric, Kafka & Oracle;
- Knowledge of both supervised & unsupervised learning Machine Learning techniques;
- Experience of using Jenkins or Team City is also beneficial but not essential;
- A bachelors degree or higher in computer science or a similar equivalent.
