Our client, a leading Insurance firm are seeking a Senior MI Analyst Developer to lead their team within the BI and reporting division. You will provide practical leadership and mentorship to a small team of developers, and technical guidance and improvements on reporting and analytics solutions.

As you will be rationalising and redeveloping their existing reporting suite in Azure, you will need to ensure all new reporting and analytics solutions are tested and documented as required whilst planning, tracking, and monitoring the progress of development activities in coordination with project managers.

For this role you will need:

• Experience in line management as a senior development lead within reporting and analytics.
• Technical knowledge of AAS/SSAS data model development and optimisation.
• Strong experience in Power BI and T-SQL.
• A background in Insurance, other financial services experience may be considered.
• Experience in stakeholder management and working with stakeholders across all functions of the business.
