A fast-growing technology start-up in the Energy sector are aiming to shape the future through advanced analytics. They are building an innovative platform and SaaS solution to tackle challenges within this space and they require a Product Designer to join a growing UX design team to help develop the overall design for creating and enhancing the experience of user interfaces of their SaaS software.
You will own, execute and lead the full UX design process and also carry out UX research, review user feedback and gather requirements to understand client needs. In this role, you will also build wireframes to test new ideas with users as well as reviewing proposed product changes to meet standards and suggest improvements.
To be successful in this role you must possess the following.
- Experience in solving complex user problems in software systems.
- Experience in a SaaS solution environment.
- A strong portfolio of UX design projects demonstrating insights and solutions.
- Proficient in design software (e.g Figma) and user testing tools.
- A deep understand of design.
