Systems Analyst - Financial Systems - Speciality Insurance - London - Permanent - Hybrid - £70,000
We’re looking for a Product Analyst to support and enhance our Finance Systems. You'll help maintain secure, high-performing platforms that empower the Finance team to deliver efficient, accurate outputs. This is a hands-on role focused on systems support, user engagement, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support system updates, fixes, and new feature rollouts with the Product Manager and Finance stakeholders
- Track and manage incidents, changes, and defects with proper documentation
- Maintain query/resolution logs and key reference data
- Assist with system testing, user training, and end-user support
- Manage finance system integrations and liaise with vendors to resolve performance issues
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance user experience and reduce complexity
- Engage with system users and participate in user groups
Necessary Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience with Infor SunSystems
- Strong understanding of finance operations, reporting, and data management
- Proven ability to enhance finance systems and resolve complex issues
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in global environments; SOX familiarity a plus
- Comfortable working with third-party vendors
- Curious, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
