One of our global IT Consultancy clients is currently on the search for an experienced Technical Architect to join their IT infrastructure department on a 6 month contract basis inside of IR35.
This will be working on behalf of one of their leading fund management clients with a broad remit covering all areas of infrastructure and development supporting their application portfolio for various business areas.
You will be working collaboratively with the Global Engineering teams and be responsible for defining, delivering and maintaining infrastructure related architectures, strategies and road-maps as well as ensuring the integrity and availability of all systems and services.
Experience required:
- Have taken ownership and provided technical governance/consultancy for specialist area(s) and any architectural issues within that area(s)
- Provided technical consultancy to infrastructure and development teams where necessary to assist with project delivery and/or problem resolution
- Understanding of full project life-cycles including high/low level design

IAAS (AWS, Azure), Windows/Linux, PAAS (OpenShift), OpenShift/Kubernetes, Jenkins/JIRA/GitHub, SAAS
