My client, a leading global Investment Bank, is seeking an experience Programme Manager to join their Northampton based office on a permanent basis. This will be a hybrid working model split between in office and remote working.
You will be supporting the Treasury Services and Capital Risk business line, delivering a variety of programmes covering their Asset Liability Management and trading function. This will include regulatory projects (LIBOR and BCBS239), as well as supporting their treasury services surrounding the onboarding of new products, asset securitisation and hedge accounting. There is lots of high priority delivery in this space and the group needs a strong Programme Manager that can manage detailed plans, deal with senior stakeholders and be in the detail where needed, with an appreciation for technology.
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Proven Programme Manager experience in the Financial Services industry
- Treasury/Finance experience is key for this role
- Experience delivering risk and control projects / trading projects of work
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Appreciation of technical delivery in parallel to business projects
- Ability to manage detailed programme plans
- Ability to manage complex global programmes in a fast paced environment
