User Technology Analyst – IT – 2nd Line support – London

Our client, a leading global finance company based in the City, are looking for a IT Support Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. This will be to join the Application Support team and will be supporting the systems across the business.

The successful candidate will act as the second point of contact to the business, helping to resolve incidents and dealing with service requests. They will provide second line support to the business across multiple teams, not exclusively to IT, with a focus on business applications.

The ideal candidate will be currently working in an investment management company in a support capacity.

Key skills:
- 1-5 years relevant experience
- Investment management experience (desired)
- Data related experience
- ITIL Foundation v3 qualified
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
