Our client, a reputable Investment Manager based in the city are looking for a C#/.Net Software Engineer to join them on an initial 6-month basis supporting their Front Office team.
The successful candidate will be tasked with working closely and supporting the Investment Risk team with the design and development of their bespoke in-house proprietary platform. As part of the role, you will be responsible for the design, development, documentation, testing, and enhancements according to the firms standardised approach.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced software engineer with the ability to effectively manage time across multiple projects and with competing business demands and priorities.
Skills required:
- C#/ .Net/ .Net Core
- SQL (version 2012+)
- Financial Services (buy-side – nice to have)
- JavaScript, Angular, React etc – Nice to have
- Investment risk – nice to have
- Cloud Technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) – nice to have
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
