Our client, a leading investment banking firm, are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join their change team on a permanent basis.
The role will be supporting the Head of project management on the delivery of various technology and system change initiatives. The role will consist of various day-to-day activities such as requirements gathering, writing functional specifications, running workshops, as well as Salesforce Admin and Salesforce focused projects. This will also be an opportunity for a candidate to further develop their skillset as they use other applications such as FactSet & Steel Eye.
The ideal candidate will be a strong Business Analyst with experience working across CRM systems. Financial services experience would be beneficial but isn’t a necessity.
The candidate will need:
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or Other CRM Systems (e.g., Dynamics CRM, Sugar CRM etc)
- 2-5 years of experience with supporting CRM systems or change related CRM projects
- Experience working within Financial Services would be beneficial
