Network Cyber Security Engineer – Financial Services – Permanent

Our client, a leading Asset Management organisation based in the City of London, are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to join them on a permanent basis. This will be joining a global Technology Infrastructure team working across a range of projects across the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the companies cyber security strategy by leading improvement of security tooling and configuration best practices.
The ideal candidate will be working within a Financial Services organisation or a similarly regulated company.
Key Skills:
- Between 4 – 8 years Cyber Security Engineer experience
- Demonstrated ability working with IT System Administration of Linux and Windows technologies
- Previous experience working with DLP, IPS, Endpoint and anti-malware
- Proficient scripting in either Bash, Python, or PowerShell
- Cyber qualifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP would be beneficial
- Prior experience working in a Financial Services organisation is highly desirable
