Our client, a leading Investment Management firm based in the City, are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their change team on a permanent basis.
This role is paying up to £95,000 a year.
They are looking for someone who will be able to adapt their skills to work on different projects, ensuring Agile best practices are implemented.
The candidate will be delivery focused and have experience on the full lifecycle of projects, a solely coaching focused candidate will not be right for this position.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Scrum Master comfortable delivering multiple simultaneous agile focused initiatives across business and technology. Having strong experience within a fund management or investment management environment.
Experience required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and working on delivery
- Must have worked in the financial industry ideally in Asset Management with a focus on Front office and portfolio management functions
- Must have experience on the delivery of software projects
