My client, a leading global Financial Markets Infrastructure organisation, is seeking an experience Senior Change Lead to join their London based office on an initial 6 month contract with intent to extend.
You will be working in a key ERPM programme of work, responsible for delivering one of the key transformational programmes that aims to reduce barriers to execution and improve the customer and colleague experience. You will report directly to the Head of Change, working with a vast range of stakeholders and project teams to understand change requirements and plan change strategies to ensure delivery of projects. Further to this you will gather change impacts, analyse data and insights to shape change and support change delivery lead in all readiness activity.
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Proven experience in Finance Change / ERP Programme experience in global organisations (preferably financial services)
- Proven in depth change management is KEY(Change Impact Analysis etc.)
- Complex matrix organisation experience
- Oracle Finance experience is a MUST
- In depth experience with at least one of the following finance processes (Plan to perform OR Record to Report)
- Excellent complex stakeholder management
- Proven experience developing change strategy and plans for global programmes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great communication skills
