Our client, a leading Investment Management firm based in the City, is looking for a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer who will be responsible for the provision and support of all IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will act as a single point of contact for all IT infrastructure incidents, triage all incoming infrastructure tickets, and provide 2nd and 3rd line support.
 
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience working in 3rd line support. They would have maintained core infrastructure while working with key vendors and suppliers to resolve incidents, and provided technical guidance to the workplace support team.
 
Key requirements:

• Experience working in 3rd line support within Financial Services
• Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wireless, etc.)
• Experience with market data applications (Bloomberg, Reuters), including troubleshooting Excel add-ins
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
