My client, a leading Data Analytics and insight consultancy, are currently looking for a CTO to join the organisation, initially on an interim basis but with prospect for a permanent role in the future. The firm are globally distributed and provide leading analytics consultancy to clients across the world. They are entering a perdio of reapid technical change and need to scale and transform their technology organisation.
The position will be working across multiple platforms, leading and deliverng change to transform the way the organisation operate whilst also delivery significant technical change programmes.
You will need to be able to handle a fast pased and rapidly evolving organisation as well as leading and managing teams of severl hundred technologists globally.
Candidates must have:
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing a 500+ person division
- Have worked to deliver large, complex, big data platforms
- Experience in guiding and mentoring domain leads to drive decisions
- Ability to engage with C level stakeholders
