My client, a leading Lloyd’s Of London Insurer, is seeking an ambitious IT Support Engineer to join their London based office on a permanent basis.
You will be joining a global support team, acting as the first point of contact for IT Support queries and resolving technical issues. In addition, you will be assisting in the implementation of both software and hardware as well as working across the SLA’ s and ticket management.The team are looking to move away from a break and fix working model and implement more automations across the process, a good understanding of PowerShell automations is required.
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Strong Experience in PowerShell
- Proven experience working across 1st/2nd Line Support
- Proven experience working across ticket management and incident management
- Strong Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and desktop security.
- Good understanding of Office 365 and Active Directory
- SharePoint, Azure AD, Azure DevOps, Citrix experience is desirable
- Excellent complex stakeholder management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great communication skills
