Our client, a global asset management firm based in the City, are seeking an experienced People Transformation professional to join their team on an initial 12-month contract at up to £1150per day via Umbrella. The successful candidate will manage a range of transformational change and strategic programs designed to future proof the business and allowing it to achieve its sizeable growth plans.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading and designing global people transformation programmes and have broad knowledge across HR functions including talent, reward, organisation design and HR systems.
Experience required:
- Experience in running global people transformation programmes designed to foster organisational growth.
- Experience across HR functional areas including talent, organisation design, reward, and HR systems.
- Knowledge or experience within financial services would be beneficial but isn’t a necessity.
