Private Markets Business Analyst - Front Office - Target Operating Model design - Asset Management

Our client, a leading Fund Manager based in the City of London, are seeking a Business Analyst to join their change function on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new strategic pillar and support the growth of third-party business.

Paying circa £100,000 + benefits 

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up a new capability for their Front Office as they look to launch a range of Private Asset funds for the first time as part of their strategic long-term growth plans.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in delivering strategic Front Office change and and must have engaged with the Front Office stakeholders. They should also be a strong Business Analyst with proven experience in developing operating models.

Ideal skillset:
  • A strong Business Analyst skillset with ideally 5–10 years of experience.
  • Must bring buy-side experience, Private Assets/Real Estate/Alternatives is preferable.
  • Experience in working directly with the front office.
  • Experience with testing various elements in product design and operating model implementations.
