A truly unique Speciality Insurance company based in London are hiring a Senior Product Manager/Owner to work on their Algorithm Product which is designed to disrupt the insurance market into the Digital age.
This position will work with an exceptionally talented algo development team working on Machine Learning models. It faces off to consumers and internal stakeholders, many of which are at C-suite level.
The key responsibilities will be to define user stories, manage the teams roadmap and backlog, design and execute proof of concepts and - Support product planning across all workstreams and agile ways of working management.
Insurance experience is an absolute necessity for this position.
Key Skills Required
- Solid understanding of how the speciality insurance industry work and ideally the role that data and data science have to play in shaping it
- Experience of machine learning approaches and how they can add value within specialty insurance
- You have experience of product ownership and/or business analysis experience
- Experience writing clear user stories that can be delivered by our data engineers and data scientists
- Experience working in agile Software Development would be an advantage
