My client, an established statistical company based in London, are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join them on a permanent basis.
The business builds their own predictive models to establish the likelihood of events occurring within sports, by combining data sets with home grown software. In the coming year, they are looking to expand their trading strategies and data feeds across multiple markets which they cover across multiple streams of work.
They are looking for a Senior Python Developer to assist on the build out of new software to add to the overall improvement of their trading systems, giving you the freedom to try out your own ideas but with the support and mentoring from the experienced leadership team.
Skills Required
- Strong and confident ability in writing code in Python for a minimum of 3+ years.
- Experience of using the PyData Stack, including NumPy, Pandas & SciPy.
- Experience with Statistical Analysis or experience working within Data Analytics would be useful but not required.
- Experience in mentoring Junior Developers would be of great use within this position.
