Senior Product Designer – Design System, Prototyping, Wireframing, Common Components, Figma, Financial Services
A Senior Product Designer with experience in working on Design Systems is urgently sought after by a global Financial Services organisation to join on a contract basis (initial 6-month period).
You will work as part of the business’s design centre, helping to create and support a growing Design System which the various design teams can draw upon in their own work.
Additional focus will also be working on complex financial systems within the organisation, and so a user-centred approach and mindset is key to ensure all requirements and needs are met in the aim of building innovative and accessible experiences.
To be successful, you will demonstrate the following:
Extensive experience working as part of a complex product design team
Confident with working end-to-end from discovery through to delivery, working independently following a brief and take direction from Design Principals
Have a passion for a clean, cohesive and purposeful design
Knowledge of professional financial design is a bonus, but you will be able to demonstrate hands-on experience of crafting successful user experiences
Previous experience working with Figma as a tool, would be desirable
Have experience working with collaboration tools such as FigJam and LucidSpark
Strong portfolio with examples of your own work; explorations, workflows, personas, opportunities and final designs
This is a great opportunity for a talented Product Designer to take on a Senior role within an established organisation who have a track record of delivering market-leading innovative products.
Please note due to organisational policy, you will be required to work via umbrella company for the duration of the contract.
