My client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a talented Software Architect to join their team on a permanent basis.
Whilst working in the Payments Issuing area, you will be responsible for designing solutions to meet business requirements and undertaking engineering work for 3rd party hosted applications.
Please note that although prior exposure to the Payments domain is not required, domain knowledge would be helpful.
Candidates must have experience with:
- Solution Development - Namely, the ability to create fit for purpose technology solutions
- IT Architecture - Familiarity with integration and implementation issues and their architectural implications. Coupled with an excellent understanding of best practice architectural and design methods.
- Technical Knowledge – Including a good broad understanding of a wide variety of technologies, including emerging technologies. (e.g. AWS, Java, OpenAPI Specification (OAS) and RESTful API Modelling Language (RAML) ).
- Stakeholder Management – To be able to challenge stakeholders creatively and professionally to create solutions which meet all of the above criteria.
