My client a leading Global Market Research firm are seeking a Business Manager to sit within their technology function on a permanent basis in their London office. You will be ensuring the smooth running of a large technology division from a Business Management capacity, reporting into the 'Head of' helping drive the focus and delivery of strategic objectives and reporting across this division.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a Business Management or Chief of Staff position. With proven experience in strategy, problem solving, reporting, building out presentations for senior leadership and being able to work with cross-functional teams to lead analysis and develop strategic recommendations.
You would be working closely with senior business and technical stakeholders to provide business intelligence regarding the state, shape, and direction of a specific part of the organisation acting as first point of contact for operational issues.
Experience/ Skillset
- Extensive experience working in a Business Management capacity within a similar large-scale environment
- Solid data reporting experience to be able to visually represent key data, therefore strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must
- Prior exposure to an IT/Technology environment
- Ability to deal with change and ambiguity in a creative manner and influence stakeholders
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
