A market leading digitalised Insurance company in London are looking for a User Researcher to help with their move towards a SaaS product.
This position will be responsible for working with the Product Designer and Product Manager to gather insights for new SaaS products and concept developments including user requirements gathering and early-stage concept and prototype testing, guerrilla research, and other approaches, ensuring the user needs are fully understood.
You will need to work closely with Product owner and Product Designer and to turn user data into actionable product/service requirements that feed into prototype development, and influence product direction.
What you’ll need:
- Experience conducting research in an organisation or consulting environment, including working with key stakeholders to understand and clarify their people research needs, and communicating analyses to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with prototype testing.
- Experience working in a highly-regulated industry such as financial services.
